ABOUT US
Gibsons Surveyors Limited is a RICS-regulated firm of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We carry £3 million professional indemnity insurance.

OUR SERVICES
We provide residential and commercial surveying and valuation services including Level 2 Homebuyer Reports, Level 3 Building Surveys, RICS Red Book Valuations, Lease Extension Valuations, Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations Reports and Expert Witness services.
All services are carried out in accordance with applicable RICS standards and the RICS Rules of Conduct.
TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
Formal Terms of Engagement are provided to clients at the point of instruction and must be agreed before work commences. Our Terms of Engagement set out the specific scope, fee, payment terms and conditions applicable to your instruction.
In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Engagement, the Terms of Engagement shall prevail.
