- Enquiries that do not proceed to instruction — 12 months from the date of enquiry
- Completed instructions — 6 years from the date of the final report, in line with professional indemnity insurance requirements and RICS guidance
- Expert witness matters — as required by the courts or tribunal, typically a minimum of 6 years
After these periods your data will be securely deleted.
