I contacted Gibsons Surveyors as I needed a property valued for probate purposes. My first contact was with Andrew a lovely guy who was very respectful at what was a very difficult time as my mum had just passed away. He explained clearly how the property would be valued and the turn around time with getting the report back to me. From start to finish the whole process took 4 days which included phone call, house visit and the report which I was very impressed with. I received a follow up email to ensure I'd received the report and that I understand everything as it was very detailed.
